Training Groups/Runs

The following are training plans for the Oklahoma City Memorial half and full marathon. The half program is a 14 week program and the full training program is 20 weeks. 

Group training that is available will also be listed as those groups start training together.  Weekly training sessions will also be listed in the future as they are available through runhers and through the Lawton Fort Sill Running Club (LFSRC).
